Σας καλωσορίζω σε αυτή τη μοναδική κατοικία με την απαράμιλλη θέα.  
Η κατοικία αυτή βρίσκεται σε τέτοιο σημείο οπού μπορεί κάποιος να επισκεφθεί το Νυδρί σε μόλις 1 χιλιόμετρο για διασκέδαση, φαγητό και το λιμάνι για το Μεγανήσι ή τις κρουαζιέρες, ιδανικό σημείο για πανέμορφους περιπάτους σε βουνό και θάλασσα, θάλασσα για μπάνιο σε μολις 350 μέτρα.
