« Very cute and comfortable condo. Walkable distance to everything, a very short drive up Old Mission Peninsula, and less than a hour to Frankfort. Parking was included which is HUGE! The only potential drawback is that it’s on the 3rd floor but this wasn’t an issue for us - we enjoyed being on the top floor. « The property and unit are beautiful and right on the beach. The unit isn't very big but just the perfect size for a couple. Its also just far enough out of town to feel peaceful but close enough to easily be able to do things. We noticed a few things needed repair when we arrived (nothing urgent and not a big deal to us) like broken hooks for the blinds the owner was very responsive so I'm sure if it would have been an urgent matter their response would have been wonderful. « We had a wonderful time in Traverse City. The L studio was a great find. Communication with the owners was top notch and very speedy. Loved how close it was to shops and food. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The studio was perfect for two. Has everything you need and more. Loved that we could park in a garage. We recommend going to Archie’s social house and Firefly for great food and service! Enjoyed every second of our stay. »

« Though the building the unit was in was a little bit older looking, it was clear the owner took detail and care in renovating the rooms. The unit had everything we needed for a weekend trip. We appreciated the level of cleanliness and the thoughtful detail and organization of the room. « This apartment was adorable and in such a great location! Bed was super comfortable, shower was nice, and the views were great. I was here for the horseshow and it took only 5-10mins to get there each day. Also, the rental agency that runs these properties is super communicative and easy to reach. Would recommend! »
