It is beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, very comfortable beds, and comfy living room furniture for relaxing together. Coffee was provided for convenience. The complex is very quiet and conveniently located, easy to access from the highway. We loved it and thoroughly enjoyed our time here.. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This rental is in need of some TLC. It is four walls and air conditioning for you to stay in. We encountered two cockroaches our second night during our stay. There is paint chipping in the bathrooms/shower. There is a freshly patched hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms. The tvs are sloppily hung on the walls. The beds are very uncomfortable. It just seems unfit to host at this current time. I have stayed in a decent amount of rentals and this feels like a cheap hotel room. For the money...
