« Place needs some love and the area walking up to the place is really gross and needs to be cleaned up, there is trash everywhere. »

« Amazing location, be prepared it is very loud and not really masked by sound machine. This is stated, it was a game weekend and we were aware but I am a heavy sleeper and still woke up to music that seemed to get louder around 1am. The place was clean. It definitely rundown with a hole in one bedroom wall and patched walls here and there. »
