Over 2 acres of private river frontage. Located less than 1 mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leakey. Fully equipped kitchen, sheets, and towels. Plenty of room whether enjoying the shade on the deck or soaking up the sun on the banks of the Frio. Located across the street from The Pecan Farm, making a short walk(or tube) over for a cold drink and a meal! \*\*\* We are currently under drought conditions and our river is struggling. We are praying for rain so the river is flowing full and living its best life. The house was clean and the location was close to Garner, Lost Maples and only one mile from town. The butterflies by the river were magical. There were so many! Our two dachshunds travelled with us, and they loved the vacation, too! Deer passed by the house at dawn and dusk. We picked up dinner from Vinny’s Pizza, Mama Choles and Bent Rim Grill less than 5 minutes away. The kitchen was equipped, but I don’t cook much on vacation.
