The stay was excellent - perfect for a couple traveling with pets. The place was very thoughtfully appointed. Super close and walkable to main street Leadville. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The hot tub was excellent! We would definitely stay here again next time we're in Leadville.
This property is such a gem! Communication with the property manager were fantastic. The property is incredibly well appointed and very cozy. We appreciated the fenced in yard for our pup and enjoyed the hot tub immensely.
Had a lovely stay in Leadville for the first weekend of spring. House was a block from downtown. Hot tub was fantastic for a snowy ski weekend. Went to The Famous for a wonderful dinner, fabulous service.
Great location, the place was very nice and clean. The management company was quick to respond, but initial directions were a bit confusing. I would recommend staying here
My visit to Leadville for the annual “Boom Days” celebration was awesome. The cornerstone to the great visit was the house we rented. Clean, comfortable, exactly as advertised and the hosts were quick to respond to the 2 questions I asked them for help with.
This house was perfect for our getaway to Leadville. Just one block from the main street of shops and restaurants. The views from the standing desk work area can't be beat, with Mt. Elbert and the whole range as your backdrop. It had everything we needed and we'd definitely stay here again if we go back to Leadville.
Great rental property for a couple. Location is ideal on a quiet street that is a short walk to downtown Leadville and interesting restaurants/coffee houses/bars/shops. The interior of this historic house has been updated and decorated in a modern and very stylish way. The property manager is very attentive and the check in and check out process was easy and efficient.
We enjoyed the quaint home in Leadville. It fitted our needs appropriately. Our dogs ebjoyed the fenced in yards and were ready to get our and go by the time we were there. We would like to suggest a couple of pillows on the couch for comfort but other than that it was perfect for a comfy vacation stay.
We enjoyed our stay in Leadville. The house was exactly as advertised. It was very close to stores and restaurants and reasonably priced for the time that we went. I wish there had been instructions on when the garbage picked up. I didn't see any big bins outside so we just left it in the house. We were only there for 5 days so there wasn't too much. The hot tub was wonderful after a day of hiking. It was very clean.
Great spot close to town. Hot tub is perfect after a day of adventuring. Bed is super comfy, space is clean and welcoming. Will definitely try to book again.

Great little house. Perfect for the 2 of us. Cozy and clean. Great host too.
Perfect home and location for our stay in Leadville
Charming home close to the center of Leadville. Perfect for me and my daughter visiting Leadville. Parking was convenient. The caretaker was very responsive and helpful.
Very comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully equipped and supplied, except we couldn’t find any ice trays. Our one disappointment was that the patio wasn’t more attractive. An umbrella or awning for shade and a few pots of flowers to replace the weeds would have made it a much pleasanter place to hang out. The hot tub was great.
Nice one bedroom near everything in Leadville's business district. The property is clean, updated and the owners had everything I needed for my stay. The coffee station worked great too.
