The beds were extremely comfortable. I have a bad back and have a hard time sleeping in beds other than my own, but I never woke up with a stiff back. Our only complaint is all of the speed bumps leading up to the property, but I’m assuming there’s not much the owner can do about that. We had 3 trailers,4 vehicles and 3 rangers with no parking issues. One vehicle and Harley in garage. Loved the hot tub. Any contact with host was answered quickly. House had anything we needed for the week. Location is great. Not too far away from Lead and Deadwood and has a campground with gas, ice, food, music and ATV rentals across 14a. Beds were great.
