This stylish, family friendly property boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms! The open style living space, fully stocked kitchen is perfect for your getaway. Relax around the firepit and outdoor seating and end the night in the outdoor hot tub underneath the starlit sky. This house has everything you can need and the only chore is doing your dishes! When you rent this house you get access to the Club house with a heated year outdoor pool! Summit Ridge is one of those places that leaves a lasting impression on your vacation memories. It is nestled on a tree-covered lot just minutes from local trails, two miles from Lead, skiing at Terry Peak, and gambling in Deadwood. The Mickelson Trail and Snowmobile Trail #5 are adjacent to Powder House Pass on its eastern and western edges, making this location very convenient for riding ATVs and snowmobiles. The cabin features a large gravel lot right by the house for four or more trailers and RVs. Your ATVs, motorcycles, or snowmobiles will fit nicely in the oversized three-car attached garage. The driveway will accommodate six automobiles. Powder House Pass is located just two miles South of Lead, five miles from Terry Peak Ski Resort, and five miles from the excitement of Deadwood. PHP is an upscale housing development that boasts all paved roads and a community/meeting Center with two swimming pools and a toddler fountain area. One of the pools is open year-round and open to guests. Hiking at Bridal Veil Falls and golfing at Boulder Canyon Golf Club are also minutes away, while the major attractions like Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Sylvan Lake, and more are within an hour's drive from the cabin. The cabin boasts a fantastic open floor plan perfect for entertaining, with the living, kitchen, and dining rooms all connected. The kitchen has high-end appliances like a wine fridge, a five-burner stove with an oven, and a three-door fridge, making it easy to prepare meals with your loved ones. The living room has a large TV and a gas fireplace, great for kicking your feet up and enjoying a relaxing night in. Upstairs, you will find a sizeable primary suite with a king bed, a walk-in closet, a bathroom with a soaking tub, and a walk-in nine-shower-head shower stall. A second, smaller primary suite is a standard-size bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. Two more bedrooms are upstairs with queen beds, a shared bathroom, and the laundry. The fifth bedroom is on the main level and features a bunk bed with two double beds. The half bath is also on the main level. Additional perks include a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, central heat and air, a gas fireplace, and board games. The home's deck/patio space offers a great area for sitting out, grilling, and catching up with friends. When you aren't hanging out here, head for the brand-new, seven-person hot tub! You will have access to the entire house and property during your stay. We are available 24/7 during your stay. Between 7pm-7am we are only available for emergencies or by phone. Please no pets at this property. As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while leaving it nice and clean for the next guests. IMPORTANT: No Smokers as secondhand smoke can cause an asthma attack for the owner. This includes vaping, marijuana, pipes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or any other aerosolized substance. Should this rule be violated we have the unit cleaned by a professional smoke restoration company and guests will be liable for the $2,500 dollar charge. ● Pets are NOT allowed. General Damages Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damages and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest. Fire Prevention and Safety Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and portable device chargers. Other The space you are booking is for 14 people. More than eleven people are allowed in the home ONLY IF okayed by the homeowner before check-in. No one is allowed in the home not already specified before starting stay. We may leave consumables such as S’more supplies, coffee, and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here, especially hitting the trails for UTVing every day, which was an absolute blast. There are plenty of access to nearby trails. We celebrated our 15-year-old’s birthday during the trip, and the property made it extra special. The hot tub was a fantastic way to unwind after long days of adventure, the spacious rooms gave everyone plenty of room to relax, and the large garage was perfect for storing our gear.
