"I will get negatives out of the way first, the listing says this is a working dairy farm however there is just a few cows and one pig. The grandchildren were looking forward to learning and watching milking etc but there was no opportunity to do this. "Lovely cottage with everything you need for a self catering holiday and really cosy. Yport still retains its village atmosphere, it has a few nice shops for your supplies and a pebble beach to enjoy. The only disappointment was the small garden which had been neglected and was overgrown, we weeded and tidied it up for our use. We would all return without hesitation."

"We were completely happy with this gorgeous cottage in a very sleepy and not too far removed village. Honfluer is only 10 mins drive away - perfect really. Considering the price, this is a five star rating for us. The place is clean and spacious. Beds are comfy! Shower is amazing! Wifi very strong. The host was very friendly and relaxed. "Overall, this was a good Gite to spend a week in Normandy. It was well equipped, comfortable for a four person stay, and close to the coast for visits to lovely towns and beaches. A good bus service runs hourly down to Le Havre and also further up the coast. The local village is only a few minutes walk away and has a mini market, hotel and restaurant. "We are a family of 4 and had a really nice stay. Our apartment was big for a hotel and the kitchenette was very handy. Generally this is a very nice 3 star hotel, well managed and clean. It is on a busy road so can get quite noisy, but everything else was perfect. "
