Friendly and welcoming staff very good breakfast, excellent shower room. Room a bit basic but clean with comfortable bed & climate control. Ideal location for the tram into the city. Would definitely stay again.

We had the loveliest stay at H24 Hotel! My friend and I went to Le Mans to see a band, both of us speak absolutely no French! When we arrived we could not locate a taxi at the train station. I called the hotel and the extremely helpful Charlotte called us a taxi to pick us up and drop us at the hotel. She was extremely helpful, warm, and went out of her way to make our stay easy and smooth. When we left the show, I had to call her to call us another taxi to go back to the hotel, she worked with us and the taxi driver to find exactly where we were and even booked us a taxi for the next morning to go back to the train station. The hotel itself is very clean and well renovated. I was very pleasantly surprised at the new condition of the hotel. Our breakfast was also excellent and a calm way to start our day. The guy at the front desk was also very friendly and made our checkout process easy. Overall I highly recommend this hotel!

Very welcoming and friendly reception staff at all times. The rooms are contemporary and simple and spotlessly clean. Great location for the hospital and tram stop into the city. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly staff and nothing was too much trouble. Location is good as it is close to the race circuit and museum. Tram stop 100 metres away so easy to get into the city. Only negatives were no safe or tea making facility in the room.

Simple but friendly hotel with great value
We stayed overnight on the way to Spain. The hotel provides basic, clean, comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price. The bar is quite well stocked although it is more of a cafeteria than a comfortable place to spend the evening. The breakfast was very good - lots of fresh fruit, lovely bread and pastries and excellent coffee. We would definitely stay again on a similar basis.

Good location for Le Mans circuit
I chose this hotel due to its position close to the Le Mans Circuit Otis well placed. Check in was excellent and friendly and they were able to recommend a near by restaurant which served good food and was walking distance. We had 2 Gin and 1 tonic in the hotel and were charged €18.50 I was astounded especially as they were served in a brandy glass and I had to first ask for ice and then ask for lemon!!! Breakfast was €9 each and offered a limited continental choice. The sound proofing at the hotel is poor and you can hear everything going on in other rooms. The shower leaked through the gap in the door and the bathroom was quickly flooded. The water temperature was obviously effected by neighbours as it went from comfortable to scalding in seconds. I would not let a child use it.

Un séjour agréable
Dans le cadre d un colloque qui se deroulait au Welcom du circuit 24 h, nous avons passé deux nuits. Situation a 4,5 kms du circuit. Excellent accueil et prestations Bonne literie Les ++: un vrai seche cheveux et l audio TV dans la sdb.

Très bon rapport qualité prix.
Hôtel de bonne qualité, idéalement situé près de la rocade et du parc des expo. Chambres très bien insonorisées, même côté route. Bonne literie. Petit déjeuner copieux et personnel aimable. La déco de la chambre est juste spartiate mais ce n’est pas bien grave.
