The only issue was the shower room leaked into the room onto the carpet… wet room in room 102 needs work

Lovely room but drawbacks
Friendly staff and excellent spacious room. Food was terrible and wet room shower flooded into the bedroom and made the bathroom an absolute slip hazard. Receptionist told us it happens in 5 rooms but building was only built in 2018. No one warned us. The food was terrible- not fresh but in pots and main was microwaved. Lovely restaurant area though- it’s a shame. Would like to use the hotel again but they need to sort it!

LE Mans
Problem with car parking and map and directions to the overspill car park were terrible and we founfpd ourselves in the wrong car park. And had to go back and swop the car over. Also the receptionist was a little rude. I think as we were English’s and our French is not wonder, started to moan about us to another guest in French and thought we couldn’t understand ( which was very rude) The hotel it’s self was good , the food in the restaurant was different but ok. The bath/ showere was to small really to have a bath.

Needs some improvements.
Staff were fine. No soap in shower which was realised too late to report. Very difficult to sleep due to some humming noise from the ventilation system. Did not get much if any sleep due to this.

I was surprised at how nice this property was. We needed somewhere to stay for 1 night, and it was convenient to the train station, but we were happy how clean and modern this hotel was. There was a little mixup with the room, as the room we expected had 3 beds and we only got 2, but everything else was really impressive.

Property was clean and staff were friendly, however no parking space was available and there were people openly taking drugs outside the widow in the restaurant where we were sitting. Restaurant food was very basic and breakfast consisted of boiled eggs, ham and cheese.

The stay was fine only complaint is we didn't like not being able to open a window for air and the food in restaurant we thought was expensive for what it was and the drinks were overpriced... Otherwise all OK...

Very slow service poor english. Rooms are alright the problem is you can’t open a window to get fresh air so if you farted you are dead:) ordered food at the restaurant and had to bring it myself to the room. Coffee at the reception seemed to be very expensive. Paid 4eur for double espresso which even haven’t tasted like espresso. Not anymore.

Concerning the windows, our cleaning ladies take care to open your window when they clean your room. The handles have been taken off for security and many borken windows as they are super heavy. I am glad to see that you have not had a fart emergency as you are still alive ! The hotel was clean, warm and comfortable, and near the centre of Le Mans. With its own secure parking. A little grouch from me (though it was my fault). I was late for breakfast a I had driven all day and arrived late. Though the staff did offer me some bread and coffee, they could have a gesture of good faith have included some fruit etc. Not really complaining as it was my fault, but something to consider. Otherwise 10/10.

A good sized room and bathroom and very quiet with efficient air conditioning. Couldn’t get any closer to the station with access to the tram system. Main square 10 minute walk away.
