It was a great stay and it was great having the beach within working distance from the house. The aircon is a great added feature that really helps getting a goodnight’s sleep. Even though it’s clearly stated that sheets and towels are not included, I think when you hit the price range it should be.

Bonjour madame, Comme promis, je reviens vers vous pour vous faire un débriefing de notre séjour. Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé mais je souhaite vous faire part de quelques points à améliorer qui nous ont fort dérangés au vu du tarif de la location sur 15 jours : - galettes des chaises dans un état de délabrement très avancé - aucune galette pour les transats - manque de vaisselles et de verres (pour preuve j'ai été obligé d'acheter un grand saladier, des couverts à salade et des verres en plastique dur - quand on loue une maison pour 10 personnes, on essaye de mettre de quoi accueillir au moins 10 personnes avec des prestations haut de gamme au vu du prix de la location) - TV x2 non opérationnelles - canapé salon bien usé - 1 jeu de clés pour 10 personnes - literie à revoir - congélateur et frigo arrêtés à notre arrivée soit 2 jours d'attente avant qu'ils commencent à refroidir - piscine (carrelage du fond de la piscine qui se décolle) et hublot lumière que le pisciniste a du remettre car déboité de la paroi - détecteur de mouvement pour la terrasse endommagé nous obligeant toutes les dix minutes à nous lever pour qu'il se remette en route - terrasses sales à notre arrivée Cela fait trente ans que nous louons des maisons dans la région, nous avons donc des comparatifs et là franchement les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix de la location. Certes la vue est fabuleuse mais cela ne justifie pas les manquements sur les prestations en interne

Beau séjour de fin d'été

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables dans la maison: la vue sur la mer depuis les terrasses et la piscine est vraiment splendide. Le calme règne dans le quartier, l'accès aux plages est rapide et aisé. La villa, avec ses quatre chambres et ses trois salles de bain, nous a permis de vivre à l'aise à six adultes. En cette période très chaude, la climatisation a été la bienvenue. William nous a accueillis agréablement. Nous apprécions le Lavandou pour sa simplicité, son port et ses bonnes adresses de restaurants. Peut-être de prochaines vacances dans votre maison?

We really loved it!

Our big family spent a fortnight in this lovely house in July 2017.The house is nicely planned, lots of space and a quite marvellous sea-view from the rooms, from the terrace and from the pool. The children loved the pool and improved their swimming-skills during the visit. We loved the quiet surroundings with the little nice shop nearby and the small beach across the road. It was just perfect for a family holiday and we are longing back. We do recommend this villa to everyone who wants comfort, beautiful environs and a wonderful piece of France to live in for a while. Charming villa with unsurpassed sea views

We loved the week we spent in this lovely, comfortable and well appointed villa.The location is wonderful, not too far from the beach and restaurants. The sea views are outstanding, and the air-conditioned bedrooms are delightful. The children especially enjoyed the pool. We certainly hope to stay again in this charming, immaculately maintained house.

Location en tous points conforme à la description. Calme , bien distribuée, avec une vue exceptionnelle. piscine très appréciée , ainsi que la climatisation, par ces temps de canicule.. rien ne manquait , si ce n'est un parasol ou un petit arbre au bord de la piscine , mais vraiment pour dire quelque chose... Propriétaires très agréables dans nos échanges téléphoniques et un "William" accueillant.. Nous espérons revenir pour un séjour plus long. Alain et Francine Toeloose

Une semaine de rêve.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette villa qui a tenu toutes ses promesses. La vue panoramique sur la baie de Pramousquier depuis la terasse, les chambres et la piscine est divine, la terrasse est immense nous avons pu y aménager 1 coin repas, 1 coin salon et 1 coin badminton, sans que personne ne se gêne. La climatisation dans les chambres (3 sur 4) est très agréable. Deux chambres sont parfaites. En ce qui concerne les 2 autres ( le "dortoir" et la petite chambre), la literie et la décoration demandent à être revues pour les rendre plus fraîches et plus actuelles. Les SdB individuelles (et modernes) permettent de conserver une certaine intimité ce qui est très appréciable lors de vacances "à plusieurs". Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun 1 enfant (9 ans et 18 mois). La cuisine est équipée correctement, notre vacancier cuisinier s' en est donné à coeur joie. La vaisselle est présente en nombre, des amis nous ont rejoins et nous avons pu nous attabler sans souci. Seul bémol (si l'on veut pousser l'exigence), l'absence de grands verres en verre, remplacés par des verres en plastique peu agréables. Le fait de disposer d'un second réfrigérateur et le grand congélateur (dans le garage) est aussi très pratique. Côté piscine, rien à redire. Elle était très propre à notre arrivée, elle l'est restée toute la semaine (sans que nous fassions grand chose). Le traitement au sel évite le côté agressif des autres produits. La barrière de sécurité est suffisante. Nous avons eu la chance de bénéficier d'une semaine de beau temps, nous n'avons donc pas particulièrement testé les coins salon et salle à manger de l'intérieur. Bref, nous avons passé une semaine "au paradis" (confort, fonctionnalité, dépaysement) et nous envisageons même de réserver à nouveau l'an prochain. Nous avons aussi apprécié la sympathie et le sérieux de William lors de l'accueil et la remise des clefs.

SEJOUR REPOSANT A LA MER

Villa bien entretenue et confortable offrant une superbe vue sur la mer. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et avons pu apprécier la proximité des commerces et de la plage tout en bénéficiant du calme permettant de se reposer. Merci pour l'accueil et le sérieux de la personne chargée de la remise des clés. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de cette location et peut-être aurons-nous la possibilité d'y revenir avec plaisir.

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille dans cette maison. A 5mn de la mer à pied, mais suffisamment éloignée pour avoir le calme et la vue, la situation géographique est parfaite. Piscine avec vue paradisiaque et terrasse super agréable à toutes les heures de la journée. A trois couples, c'est idéal car chacun dispose de sa propre salle de bain. Climatisation bien utile également dans les chambres. Seul petit bémol, toutes les chambres ne sont pas au même niveau de confort et de décoration que celle donnant sur la piscine, qui est vraiment parfaite. Au final, un lieu à recommander sans hésitation.

Nous avons passés de très agréables vacances en famille dans cette location. Rien ne manquait, il y avait largement assez de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas. Pensez-cependant à acheter un économe). Pratique également, le second réfrigérateur dans le garage en plus de celui de la cuisine, ainsi qu'un congélateur coffre la climatisation dans les chambres est très appréciée en été. De la terrasse vue sublime sur la "grande bleue" et encore plus merveilleuse un étage au dessus au niveau de la piscine. Cette dernière est un peu petite, mais largement suffisante pour s'amuser. Côté terrasses, compte tenu de la superficie,même à 8 personnes on trouve toujours un coin pour s'isoler. Les environs sont très agréables, la nature a gardé son côté sauvage. Maison au calme, mais si l'on souhaite l'agitation Le Lavandou est a côté. Bref, tout était parfait, je suis étonnée qu'il n'y ait eu aucune appréciation au prélable. Merci aux propriétaires pour cette excellente location.
