« The host is quick to respond but nothing was followed through. The upstiars was covered in bugs and was told they would be cleaned up but never were. Its December and there was only one extra blanket in the house. It is a house for 10 and only 8 towels. Only 4 hot tub towels. The had to use two towels for us adults because they were so small. As far as the house goes was beautiful and looked like the pictures but would of been nice to have real towels and blakets innthe house. Dishes were also...

« The cabin itself is beautiful, peaceful, and exactly as described, with a great view and relaxing atmosphere. At check-in, the cabin was unfortunately not ready, but the host responded immediately, handled the situation professionally, and sent the cleaning staff right away. Communication was excellent, and the issue was resolved quickly with kindness and understanding. Overall, we appreciated the honesty, flexibility, and human approach, especially during the holiday. We still enjoyed our stay...

« All in all the property was good. Note that it is next to the highway. Highway noise can’t be heard from indoors at night but can be noisy when outside. Property was clean but can tell it was done quickly. Floors needed a good mopping. »
