Bed is great, hot tub is good even though not all the jets worked, view was great for Oklahoma (i prefer colorado mountains :)), could use some newer movies or a way to hook up your hot spot to watch tv. You do not realize how far 3 miles is on a dirt rd going 20 mph but its a ways, follow the directions exactly and you will find the cabin no problem.
