Fantastic 10 days!
The house is just as pictured; if not better! It was in a lovely, residential quiet area on the edge of Le Bois Plage. You can walk into the centre ville (20 mins), but we booked bikes for the holiday so it only took 5 mins. It really is best placed to explore being central. A 10 cycle ride (with kids in two) to St Martin, 15 mins to La Flotte (though the cycle lanes and vineyards) and 5 mins to the wonderful beach of Plage de Gros Joncs. We were a family of 4 (two children under 7) and the house worked perfectly for us. Very well kept and clean. With a courtyard that got the sun all day. It can easily accommodate 10 people. We will definitely return and Cath (owner) was very communicative and responsive. The perfect, relaxing family holiday. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

Lovely base to explore
A lovely house. Very well equipped kitchen. Location is convenient - short cycle to the beach or St Martin - but a little away from bars, restos, shops. Brigitte was lovely - really helpful and welcoming and responded quickly whenever we asked for something. And owners were very kind and reassuring in coping with Covid uncertainties! We had a great time!

Très belle location tres bien équipée très confortable pour 2 familles. Située entre saint martin centre et bois plage il faut prendre les velos pour faire le marché. Brigitte la gestionnaire de la location est très acceuillante. La gestion des velos etaient un peu plus hasardeuse. Je conseille cette location
