The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, terrace, and garden furniture. **Location** Pacengo, 70 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a field or forest road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. **Special** Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi) and washing machine. TV reception via satellite. For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher. **Pool** All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to end of September, 5 m x 10 m, 1.50 m deep). **Dogs** allowed, EUR 25.00/pet per stay. **Distances** Shopping 600 m, restaurant 600 m, town centre 600 m.
