« Chambre propre et confortable, bon matelas. Check in rapide. Seulement café, jus(ouff) et muffins pour déjeuner.Ils ne devraient pas dire qu'ils offrent le déjeuner, ce n'est pas le cas. Environnement calme. Il y a un resto mexicain à côté bien coté. Bref,bon rapport qualité prix. »

« Room "looked" clean, but I saw 2 cockroaches as soon as I turned on the bathroom light. Then, there was another one when I pulled back the bed covers under the covers. Then later on I saw 2 more crawling up the wall behind the TV. They definitely need to bomb for them. Chair smelled like dog. Probably need to shampoo both the rug and the chair. Breakfast was good tho. And it was cheap. But I won't be back. »

« Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! »

« Hotel très bruyant car donne sur la rue et la porte et la fenêtre ne sont pas insonorisés. Système de chauffage/climatisation d’ancienne génération donc très bruyant. Petit déjeuner immonde. Pas de pain, toast, bagel, confiture… rien! Des œufs brouillés en poudre immangeables et des waffles. Gratuit, ou plutôt inclus dans le prix mais valeur égale à zéro. Ah, j’oubliais, la préposée au petit déjeuner ne parle pas anglais et ne comprend rien à rien. »

« The reason I gave the Inn a poor rating on amenities was the bar was closed, the restaurant was closed, and the staff(which was excellent) was only on duty from 8 a.m.to 8 p.m. Lucky we didn't need anything as the rooms were well stocked, but if we did we would have to call and wait for a person to come help. I think that the Inn should have let me know they were on a winter schedule until Memorial Day and the bar and restaurant were closed. I probably would have booked somewhere else. It is a...

« Fabulous setting in the Great Smokey mountains.Blooming flowers and lots of walking paths to explore. Asheville brewery and restaurants were nearby. Recommend the nighttime light show, Luminaries of Biltmore castle. »
