A beautifully renovated two bedroom cottage, offering everything you could possibly want & more for a wonderful stay whilst exploring Launceston & surrounds. Situated over two storeys. The king main bedroom is located upstairs with ensuite & very spacious walk in robe. this space has it's own dedicated heating/cooling system & second tv. Whilst downstairs is the modern open plan kitchen, dining & living, with electric heating/cooling, & smart tv. The second bedroom, with queen bed, also has it's own heating/cooling system. There is also a second bathroom with walk in shower & bath & full laundry facilities on this ground level. Off the living area is a small patio area, complete with Weber Baby Q Bbq. There is free off street parking for one vehicle only, at the rear of the home. Available for long & short stays. Permit Number; DA0391/2023 N.B. For your safety, the accommodation is fitted with external security cameras that shows the driveway only. The two doors in the downstairs hallway are locked off & not available to guests. No-one has access to these & they are not shared with anyone.
