"Unfortunately, my stay at the Tropicana Laughing was very disappointing. The hotel overall had an unpleasant smell, and despite booking a non-smoking room, the room itself smelled strongly of smoke. The shower gel container was completely empty, which honestly made me question how well the bathroom had been cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, the toilet kept gurgling throughout our entire stay, and the odor coming from it was awful. I understand this is an older property, but it definitely needs much better maintenance and attention to cleanliness. I would not choose to stay here again."

"When we got there there was no air conditioning in the rooms at all. They were still checking people in knowing that the a/c was broken. Didn’t even stay the night ended up driving home."
