"Checking in would be easier if the confirmation would let us know what building beforehand so wait line to check in wouldn’t be so long. Room was great. Only problem was the water didn’t stain quickly in shower and tub. "

"it was our first time visiting the resort, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. We booked to check in Friday evening which starts at 3pm or 4pm and we arrived in Las Vegas super early around 10am. I called the hotel and they welcomed us to check in early at no additional cost. I love how the hotel is connected to other venues so it makes it easy to walk to the sphere without having to go out the heat. There is an abundance of options. I was worried they had everything but a convenience store but they even had that too. The view was breath taking, I loved seeing the pool parties and entire golf course. There was also an IPAD in the room that has everything accessible. My one tiny complaint was that for the streaming services we had to log in each time and had to type in from the IPAD (I know, 1st world problems!) but overall we will go back again once I my wallet replenishes from this last visit lol"

"Food options were good and the two restaurants that we ate at were high quality. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Internet access was typical for the free version where sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our purposes. The pool area was nice. The main pool was not very heated but nice if you kept moving. The only concern was when we got back to the room after being gone the toilet was still running and when we went to address it found mold in the tank of the toilet which was unfortunate. Otherwise all was good."
