Welcome to the Signature MGM offering you access to all the fantastic amenities at MGM Grand and MGM Signature, including the MGM Grand Pool and Wet Republic. HIGHLIGHTS- STRIP VIEWS- POOL & GYM ACCESS- KITCHEN- RESORT ACCESS. Our property is just a block away from the vibrant Strip and boasts spacious rooms at incredible prices. You can easily reach the MGM Grand via a series of walkways, and the monorail station is just a short stroll away.   
  
$55 PER DAY RESORT FEE DUE TO HOST BEFORE CHECK-IN  
  
The Space:  
Escape to your 550 sq ft suite with kitchenette, marble bathroom with a private whirlpool spa tub and separate shower. This polished condo comes with a microwave, entertainment center including a flat-screen TV, pool and fitness center. There is a private bathroom with free toiletries in every unit and towels and bed linen are provided. The property is air-conditioned, with free Wi-Fi featured throughout the property and free private parking is available on site.
