Was there JCK show I had a couple of dayds to enjoy some Sun got to pool closed . They had another pool next property also closed . They where asking me if I had a cabana I can Go If not get lost . My other big issue was my sheet where bloody. Like women’s period blood cleaned dried like that, and put back on the bed. I even took video. I didn’t wanna post it. It’s a shame for the money I paid. Never again.

This was a very nice property. We did enjoy our stay there and would stay there again. It was our first time in such a tall building. A few things needed improvement. The registers on both ac's were covered in dust, the tv in the main bedroom was not getting service and in places I could feel the tack strips through the carpet. Over all we did have a wonderful stay.

Liked: Free 24/7 valet parking. Did not like: - Cleanliness - Lack of basic amenities (you pay for everything) - Torn drapes (blackout curtain) that will leave a huge gap. You get a beam of light on your face at 6 am. - Dirty bathrooms, kitchens - No soap or even coffee, creamers to start with. You basically bring everything with you or pay for everything at the property which is overpriced. NEVER STAY in a privately owned suit. Any issues that you try to report to hotel, they will wash their hands off and ask you to talk to the property management company. If you call the property management company, they will ask you to work with the hotel staff. You will be nicely bounced back and forth and will be left wondering what the heck are you paying for I checked out in 1 night when I paid for 3 nights. This place is terrible. STAY AWAY
