"Massimo the owner was exceptionally helpful. The girls working there cleaned the rooms daily and were just lovely . The two doggies on parade everyday were friendly. The downside not having a kettle in the room by hey I could fill up my flask whenever I wanted .the breakfast was huge , various fruit , ham ,cheese and eggs coffee tea and fruit juice . Highly recommend this hotel for a getaway from hectic punta Cana . Plenty of eateries too ."

Christiano, the manager of Il Triangolo, was very helpful in every issue that we had from advising either local or Italian restaurants to helping with organisation of nearby trips. It was a real pleasure to spend Easter time with Triangolo staff. "

"What a break…pineapple jelly with coconut bread, smoothies, coffee with milk (in bamboo), eggs, cheese, plantanos and ham! Flowers in seashells topped the presentation! We had a choice to be served on the veranda or to have a floating tray in the waterfall pool. This place has absolutely outdone any and all competition in my book! If ever in Las Galeras, I highly recommend Chalet Tropical Bio-hotel! It will surpass any expectations and then some!"

"Small walk to town; property is beautiful. Our rooms a bit dated, and we couldnt figure out the shower to get hot, water barely came out. The instructions, seemed outdated, so the buttons didnt work. One of our rooms A/C leaked the last night, all of our bags that we left on the floor and also the Chair. luckily our passports werent damaged. I expected a credit or our troubles, but none was offered. Front desk wasnt always staffed so couldnt get bottled waters or ask for help with the A/C;...

"The room was very spacious and clean. It was a little odd that there weren’t numbers by the door so you need to remember which room is yours but nothing too major. We had a late flight that day from Santo Domingo and Bartolomeo let us check out late and enjoy a full day at Las Galeras. Would definitely stay again if I were to return to Las Galeras!"

"Nice colonial style property. Beautiful garden and pool area.Rooms are simple but comfortable. Walking distance from playita and some very good french restaurant it a nice place to spend a week-end. We have enjoyed it very much"
