Enjoy serene mornings watching horses graze nearby and peaceful evenings under open skies. Catch-and-release fishing is allowed on-site. Bring your own equipment and enjoy a quiet day by the water’s edge.   
  
Just 15 miles from Lake Athens & Lake Palestine, 30 miles from Tyler, and close to Canton Trade Days, Texas ZipLine Adventures (3 mi), and local wineries. Perfect for a quiet getaway to unplug and recharge.  
  
The home features a bright, open floor plan with stylish furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to gather, play games, or simply relax with loved ones.  
  
Step outside to a large backyard built for fun and downtime. Play a game of pickleball, let the kids run free, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over the countryside.
