Staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Pool was lovely. It might have been a slight stretch to call the second pool a waterpark. Walkable to the strip in an evening after dinner and transport was provided to get to the beach if required.

Great service and nice pool areas

We stayed with family for one night. Hotel is bit old and normal wear because of that. Pool areas are really nice, something for both kids and adults. Food was typical for all inclusive resort buffet, decent but nothing special. Service was great and very nice. They allowed us to stay at the pool and even have lunch after we checked out from the hotel.

We like to try new places but St Elias has drawn us back again. Four stays and would (will) return. Tentative, friendly staff, nice apartment/village feel, choice of quiet pool & activities pool. Very suitable for young families. Protoras beaches & centre only a short walk (10-15min) or a free shuttle bus. Treated ourselves to a suite with private pool and had an amazing stay. Thanks for another enjoyable visit.

Wow ! Where do i start The food was amazing, Very accommodating to our Granddaughter who has a dairy intolerance even met the chef who made sure she had something made for her. The pools and the entertainment team who worked incredible hard to keep us entertainment. The drinks were premium brands and there was always something to eat .We stayed in the one bedroom studio which was huge. Ok the living room furniture was looking a bit tired but not unusable. The Balcony was huge and the shower perfect. Did have a problem with a leak but Flouris Yiannaki the operations manager went out of his way the rectify the problem. All the staff were fantastic and always smiling big shout out to mohammed and hany from the pool bar and maxiam and Atir (forgive me if i have the names wrong) these guys really helpful on picking cocktails and were general interested on making sure we were having a good time. If there were any negative comments a week wasnt long enough.

Ok overall was a beautiful experience with my family. But really not a good value of what we pay for. I mean ok great food and as a local i can quarantine thats a good all inclusive hotel, although there are few points of improvement. Everything in English.. room not so clean and far away from restaurant and water park, dirty waters outside our room so was a weird smell all the time(room 41), cleaning lady opens door with out permission even we had do not disturb, no cream or any extra amenities in the bathroom just basic, ...small things that we miss for this price. Good hotel nut needs improvement staff was very friendly and helps we every we wanted...

Pros: In nice quiet area but easy access to town Really nice gentleman on reception Ok but not great dining options Good communal areas Really nice waiting staff Really nice bar staff Cons: Very outdated rooms. The one we were in had visible cracks in the walls, poor maintenence, generally not clean with rust on soap dispenser, hair on shower room floor, bedroom furniture coverings stained and a wholly ineffective air con system. So many cockroaches around the complex. The mini-bus down to the beach/town has seen much better days. Not 4 star standard by a long shot. Additionally, whilst Expedia gave option of a king size bed, I was brusquely told there were either twin or double only. Would not book again.

Koselig sted, men vi hadde mye maur på rommet. Vi hadde eget basseng som var det beste med oppholdet. Lagt mye opp fordi det er mye engelsk menn på dette hotellet så følte mat var veldig lagt opp til de. Personalet på hotellet er helt supre. Η σουίτα ειναι μεγαλη, σαν διαμέρισμα ενος υπνοδωματίου με κουζινα. Πολυ κοντινες αποστάσεις και στο χωρο του φαγητου αλλα και στην πισινα. Ηταν καθαρη η σουίτα, αλλα ειχαμε προβλημα με τεραστια μυρμήγκια και εξω και μεσα. Το φαγητο αξίζει ολα τα λεφτα με πολλες επιλογες και βραστό και με ωραιες γεύσεις. Η πισινα και ο χωρος για τα παιδια παλι αξιζε τα λεφτα με αρκετα πραγματα απασχόλησης. Η πισινα αρκετα μεγαλη και νιωθεις οτι υπραχει χωρος χωρις να ειναι ο ενας πάνω στον αλλο. Οσοι δουλευαν ηταν χαμογελαστοί και ετοιμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν με χαρα. Θα πηγαινα ξανα και το συστήσω για οικογένειες

Thanks to all the staff from the waiter and cooks for their lovely food.
