Excellent staff that was always very helpful and accommodating. Easy access to highway yet,Very quiet. Comfortable rooms and beds with small frig and microwave. Large screen TVs with 75-100+ channels. Walking distance to Walmart, Texas Road House and other restaurants. Shuttle is available. Rooms are very clean and are serviced frequently. Free breakfast with cereal selection and waffles. Excellent for short or longer stays.

I had no idea such a nice motel option was available in Laredo. The garden was beautiful and the social gathering in the afternoon was outstanding. The staff were all first class and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. A great value for the price.

Check in was pleasant, very efficient and accomodating. The room was very clean with a small fridge and microwave. The room had a large screen TV with access to many channels in both English and Spanish. Help was available 24 hours. Richard at the front desk was especially helpful in connecting my phone to print out a boarding pass. Checkout was also very easy. I did not have time to avail myself to the breakfast and evening. This is a very underrated place to stay.

An oasis in the busy-ness of Laredo. The location, great. The facility, has everything you need. The staff, this is where this place SHINES. They care, they go the extra mile, and they embody hospitality. From Richard and Maria at the front desk, to Horacio the shuttle driver, to the friendly cleaning crew. This is the ONLY place my family and I stay when traveling through. 5 stars!

My 5 adult kids have wonderful memories of Family Gardens on our trips to visit grandparents. My husband and I spent 2 nights this week there to check it out as our family will be attending a family Celebration of Life in Laredo in 2 weeks. It did not disappoint. The adults will enjoy it the memories and the beer and the grandbaby will love the pool and playground. Childhood memories of the indoor garden hot tub were “magical “, per our youngest daughter. Staff was helpful, room size more than adequate and cool. My only suggestions …..BRING BACK the HOTDOGS! And maybe a gluten free something (muffin) in the breakfast room. And more than one room for disabled/handicapped/elderly. Bathrooms could use bars for safety and they are very small.

The staff was amazing and we received a free room upgrade since our single bed room would not be ready for another hour and a half. The room we were assigned to was a double queen bed. The room was very spacious, clean and tranquil. My husband and I enjoyed the free happy hour with a small popcorn and a nice view of the property. Even though we were right next to interstate 35, it felt as though we were miles away from the highway.

The room was fine, small but clean. The hotel population, however, was very sketchy. People smoking weed outside their rooms, a tweaker pacing back and forth on the phone. The food was equally unappealing. Would not stay here again.
