"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...

"No hot water. No cleaners. Reception was useless in calling maintenance. Washing machine leaking, air conditioner in room leaking which caused minor flooding in the room and kitchen. Brown out lost power to the room with no backup generator. Had to leave to room because of no power. Very disappointed with this hotel."

"This is a private condo on the top floor of a hotel all you see is ocean. From the 11th floor down is a hotel. The upper floors are privately owned. When the hotel staff realized we were guests of the condo we became persona non grata. We could not even use a luggage trolley for our bags.
