"The Manager on duty checked us in and she was fine. But, she was upstairs when we arrived to check in & we waited at least 20 mins at the front desk. She never left a note to be right back or where she was. The elevator door opened & she stepped out to see all were waiting. There were at least 6 different customers waiting to check in. Was not pleased after driving 10 hours. Beds were comfortable. Rooms needed updating, especially the bathroom."

"The staff who checked us in were very hospitable- but the key card machine wasn’t working so we didn’t have a key. They had walk us to our room. The breakfast was not good and the morning staff, especially working the breakfast, were rude. The suite was very roomy."
