"We had a nice stay here. We appreciated how quiet it was even with there being two other units. The supply of amenities (paper towel, dish washer tabs, laundry detergent, toilet paper) were all much appreciated. There was an additional supply of blankets as well which was great given that it’s winter time in Michigan. The place heated up nicely. No counter space to cook but there are several places to eat within walking distance. The neighborhood is nice and seems safe. There is a small park two blocks behind for the kids. The space was perfect for a place to sleep while in town for a memorial."

"Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do."
