"The property is difficult to find because the sign lights are out we came at night. This is more of a motel it had stairs to the second floor. The outside of the property is really an eyesore it has a bunch of old coin operated rides that are broken. It has what looks to be a fountain in the front that is fairly large but it's disgusting it hasn't been ran in a minute I could only imagine what it would be like on a hot summer day. The pool has been broken for a while and doesn't look as though it's going to get fixed anytime soon. The lady who owns it unfortunately lost her husband last year and is looking to sell it. She seemed nice but over the whole ownership of a hotel. The room was clean the room only had a roughly 20-in TV located on the wall closest to the restroom not convenient if you're looking to watch TV in the bed there is no hair dryer to use the door does not have a bolted lock or a latch lock it's only secured by the door knob lock which makes a single mom with two girls very uncomfortable. There is no breakfast. The sign on the road says $80 I was disappointed that I paid $115. I would not recommend this hotel until it gets a makeover."

"It was clean and pleasant. It was pretty secluded but there are 2 cabins across the river. Every night around 10 pm deer came to graze in the front yard. We also spotted a wild turkey."

"The property was perfect for our families to meet at from Arkansas, Georgia and Canada! Very nicely equipped with everything we could have needed. Kitchen/Living area and back porch were our favorite places to be! A lovely property for sure! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and very spacious. Plenty of room for my family of 5. We especially enjoyed the back porch. We were able to see deer walking through the backyard. Plenty of seating area, whether you wanted to recline and relax, gather around a bonfine and roast marshmallows or enjoy a full meal outside. There is also a TV outside we utilized to enjoy the Spring air. The two Queen beds are super comfy. There is also a twin daybed, a futon and a very spacious couch with a matching ottoman. Overall 10/10 would recommend."

"The house layout is great especially if you need a separate area for others with bed, bath, living room and entrance. The only shared area would have to be the kitchen. We especially liked having a washer/dryer. We also like having the water hose since we were digging for rocks and crystals.There is everything you need for rock digging at the house (we brought our own). There are at least 4 sifters, buckets, gloves and lawn chairs. There is a very large supply of DVDs and we weren't in the house much, but did enjoy watching a movie for downtime in the evenings. The kitchen had everything we needed."
