We stayed four nights.
Very friendly staffs.
Healthy breakfasts, included in the cost of the room.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOR THE WIFI AND SIM that are referred by the hotel manager/staff.
We paid 800K VND for a WIFI device and 300K VND for a phone sim. The 300K VND seemed to work, but the 800K VND WIFI device was useless. We even exchanged to try the second one, but it was still useless.
Sim and WIFI for 30 days are lot cheaper everywhere.

Great location. Very convenient hotel. So many options for places to eat. All the staff were so helpful. Ready to help you with anything. They work so hard. Comfortable beds and very little noise at night. Good breakfast buffet options.

The room wasn’t as advertised. Very small, not open like the picture. Not enough coffee and tea for two people. Batteries were falling out of safe so you couldn’t leave anything in it. Only one card per room which is inconvenient. It was a good value and good location but I wouldn ’t stay there if in Hanoi.

Room was clean - very limited dining options at hotel or nearby. Ordered a pizza and it came from the shop opposite. Bath had a leak which meant water on the floor. Reception not that helpful. Early morning flight so this hotel was good for short transfer.
