« The space was almost perfect for our group, which was there to celebrate several 13th birthdays! The boys especially enjoyed the pool table, the tvs in the living room, and the comfortable couch! « Listing did not match reality. Within 24 hours of my stay the owner reached out to notify us about the pool that wasn’t going to be available. Fine, things happen. Upon arriving at the home, we noticed that there were several propane tanks empty for the grills, and the pool grill didn’t even work once we found a propane tank with a little bit of gas. « Patsy’s place is absolutely amazing, better than the pics in my personal opinion. The location is chef’s especially if you’d rather be closer to Downtown Charlotte. My only slight issue was the WiFi was constantly going in & out the 1st day of my stay however things were handled in a timely fashion. Patsy was also nice enough to allow me & my guest a late checkout. Add some body mirrors and this place for me would be a 10/10. But until then I would definitely stay at Patsy‘s place again! »
