« Rooms have an older look to them, but well kept. I’d say my only criticism of the room was the showerheads in the bathroom. Definitely seen years of the hard water, suggest getting some new ones, nothin’ fancy. They were still functional nonetheless. »

« I got locked out of my room the morning I was supposed to leave before check out time. I went down with my key card for coffee and when I returned to my room, I could not get back in. I had no phone or keys with me because I was just going for coffee. I sat in the lobby after I called the number instructed to call for lockouts for about 20-30 minutes and then I called it again. An employee picked up and told me where to find the emergency card to get in. This is a wonderful place to stay, but...

He threatened to call the cops on us because we asked for our money back. We lost $510. The bwd had yellow stains on it & black hair the couch was black. The other roon for our daughter & son in law smelled of cat piss & cigarettes. The mirror was broke with tin foil & duck tap. The paint was coming off the walls. It was absolutely horrible! »
