I like that there was a common sitting area, although the one couch needed replacement! The room and bathroom were clean but the sheets on our bed were not!!! They had a large stain on them!!! 😳😔 We paid $170.00 for 1 night and the other 2 couples both paid $30-$35 less than us! That left a bad feeling for us! That seems wrong!🙁

We have stayed there a couple of times. The price is very good. It is clean and not far from one our favourite restaurant.

The Hotel is run down and needs work. Ice bucket cracked and taped up. Blow dried was broke. Shower leaks on bathroom floor. The foot board was broke on bed. Main area, ice maker was out of order, furniture wore out and looks terrible - all of the vinyl/leather was tearing off and covered the floor. Rugs were stained and dirty. Microwave was very dirty. Hotel was very noisy late into the night, due to a young girls hockey team. Kids running up and down hallway past 10pm. Sorry, we will not visit this Hotel again.

Clean, comfortable, quiet - I had a very nice one-night visit. This is a modest, inexpensive hotel, but it checks all the boxes. 5 stars.

The room overall was clean, though they did not tidy the room everyday. The hotel did not have a elevator so for certain populations, the hotel was not at all accessible. There was also no complimentary bottles of water, no kettle, and if you wanted to make yourself a brew, there was no tea, only coffee. This hotel need to step up its game in terms of accessibility, and overall amenities.

Thank you Afua for the rating. Due to high occupancy in summer the staff cannot do room service on everyday of your stay, You can get fresh towels everyday though. We have advertise that we don't have elevator at the hotel but i appreciate your efforts to put it up here so it can reach few more guest.

The property was clean and quiet. There was access to vending machines or other means of drinks or snacks. Rooms were all on the 2nd floor so luggage was carried up but with the assistance of the hotel owners.

Very clean property, our room was smaller than expected but sufficient for the night. You could smell how clean the place was as soon as you walked in the door. The lady even helped bring up a bag for us, she was very gracious and courteous, I would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again, extremely quiet as well which was nice for a party town on a Saturday night. Our first stay here and it will not be our last. Thanks for making our stay a pleasant one

Nice budget hotel for visiting grand bend. The hotel is sparse and not fancy but fairly clean. The ice maker was out of order and there was no fan in the bathroom - these were my only minor complaints. And the bed frame was very sharp, I banged my knee on it pretty badly. But I am very clumsy. The location is decent if you plan to drive to the beach and park there. Bed was comfy. View from the window is some trees and a dumpster. But it was fine. We were only there for sleeping so it did the job.

We were in town for a race event at Grand Bend Motorplex. The hotel was conveniently close to the racetrack as well as a variety of local dining options. We stayed in a family suite which had 2 bedrooms, a living room (with couch / bed), kitchen and bathroom. — so lots of space for the 3 of us. The staff were friendly. Overall it was a great stay.
