Check in was average. My room was okay. The bathroom was in terrible condition with large amounts of visible mold and some brown, sticky substance all over the toilet. There was no hot water. I repeat. There was no hot water. Don’t stay here if you need that. I definitely want my money back. I drove 13 hours and desperately needed hot water.

Room was clean, need was comfortable room was updated with new shower and toilet but you could tell the building it self was old. Didn't eat the breakfast it was very basic.

This was a really good hotel. I would give it 5 stars if the continental breakfast had more of a choice and if the pool was open an hour longer. Everything else about the hotel was great! It was clean, bed was super comfy. Rooms were quiet, smelled good shower worked good, toilet worked good. The whole experience really out of all combination is a 5 star especially for the price. Great price. Very worth it. I will probably stay there again when I come back next time. Plenty of room to park as well. I had a truck and trailer and was just fine.

It's an old building, but they have kept it up. The reason why I rate it as such is because there was no hot water to take a shower.

Don't stay here
Desk person was awkward and not nice. Didn't mention when wifi, when breakfast was or anything. Super uncomfortable interaction. Property was not updated and questionable at best for cleanliness.

Clogged sink
The bathroom sink was clogged and I had to try to unclog it because there was no maintenance person on site. I requested a plunger but it would not unclog. Let front desk know and the offered no assistance and the sink was still clogged when I left.

You came to the front desk and asked for a plunger. You said your sink was not draining right. A plunger was given for your use. You refused assistance since at that time the maintenance man was not on site. When you were finished using the plunger which you did say you would put it back into our main laundry room where it came out from, you said when the maintenance man arrived not to bother you since you were going to bed. This was at 6pm at this time.

Great stay!
My daughter and I had a great time staying here for the Snow Geese Festival! Indoor pool and hot tub were awesome and the double queen room was just what we wanted! She says we're staying here when we come back next year.

Not the Best Choice
The Hot/Tub Spa was below body temp, no hot water in the room at 10:00pm asked front desk and was told that it is a glitch in the system and would be find in the morning. Shower in the morning was barley on the warm side could not get full pressure. TV Signal kept claiming weather issues yet it was a clear sky. TV in lobby worked fine

Lobby TV is apple tv or atmosphere tv and the rooms in direct tv. That is the difference. We could have reset the tv with the red button on the box. The spa temperature is at 102. You must be having a fever. The water in the rooms is city regulated.

Unfortunately you can hear everything while you're staying in your room. Pack ear plugs, walls are paper thin. Breakfast was horrible, i think the muffins were sitting there for at least a week. Room was clean with some updates, but the bed wasnt very comfortable.

We stopped in for the night for a good nights sleep after driving 16 hours. It did not disappoint. The room was clean and bed was comfortable and made the next days drive of 14 hours better

Didn’t meet expectations and we stay at budget motels a lot so don’t have a very high bar. Shabby, didn’t feel clean, bed uncomfortable. Breakfast no more than a very small selection of processed carb items - no fruit, yogurt, milk - we turned around and left. Staff attended to you as if reluctantly and not with a smile. Just not a good experience. I’ll pay more to go elsewhere next time.

For a handicapped individual, having to climb stairs trying to pull luggage up or down was not at all desirable. No elevator!! Service was not the most “welcoming “ Location was a little unsafe.
