« Great location. Super cute house. The house was well supplied and the bed was very comfortable. We never got in the car the entire time we were there. We walked for meals, and we walked for evening entertainment. There was even a couple benches about two blocks away that overlooked the water where we sat and had our coffee in the morning. »

« We stayed at Kristen’s for 4 weeks and it was wonderful! We actually were able to stay in her new 2 bedroom cottage that is on her property. The cottage had everything we needed to make it like home for us. It’s dog friendly and our 2 dogs loved it as well. The area is quiet and close enough to get to restaurants/shopping/golf but you don’t have to worry about typical Florida traffic. Kristen is a gracious host and made us feel right at home. Already booked a return trip for next year! »

« If you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is your place. Located right on the beach. Beautiful heated pool. Everything I needed for my 4 night stay. I took a 3 mile drive to Coquina beach and took the free ferry out to the pier. Sarasota is a short drive south and there were lots of cute shops. Great place, I would definitely return. »

« This is our second time staying in this cottage, and it won’t be our last. Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Plus, they had the room ready 3 hours before “check in time”. The weather cooperated given this was a late January visit and we got to spend 6 sunny days on the beach. »

« We had a wonderful time! This apartment was very clean and looked to be recently updated. We enjoyed to walking to breakfast everyday. I really appreciated that they had an area full of bicycles, beach chairs, beach and pool toys for the guests to use. We met Wanda who manages the property and Francine the housekeeper. Both were so friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10 »
