« The cabin was clean, great information in the guest book, and the ferry ride process was flawless. We had an amazing time kayaking, walking/exploring around the island, watching the local wildlife (seals, deer, tide pools and more), sitting in the hot tub and feeding the deer. This is an amazing spot and would recommend it to everyone. It is a wonderful break away from the every day life. »

« My husband, kids and I spent two nights at this quaint home with access to the Deschutes River. It was lovely and felt secluded, but still close to food. Went for a hike about 40 minutes away and enjoyed having campfires in the early evening both nights. Jeanne was very prompt with responding to my request and throughout the home there was thoughtful items there for our use and convenience. Thank you for a lovely stay! »

« Easy process to check in. The cabin was probably even better than advertised. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay and longer. Really close to 2 state parks. We got to see a deer in the yard our first morning and what looked like a big sea otter running though at night. Highly recommend!!!! »

« The house was very comfy cozy and the beds were amazing. The house had all the essentials just buy food before you get to the island. The only negative was the road/sewer work kept us off the trails to the spit beach but that is not the fault of the owner. »

« My daughter saw an orca spout and fin, and I don’t suggest that you try to kayak when the tide is coming in. I loved this place. I’m coming back. I’ll be there. « The entire house has updated decor and is spotlessly clean. Every amenity possible can be found at your disposal. The views of Puget Sound are breathtaking - we saw a pod of orcas swim by and bald eagles fishing right in front of the house! The host was extremely helpful, directions and access to the house easy. We loved staying here and highly recommend this property if you’re looking for the perfect Vashon Island getaway. »

« Adorable cabin, way bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside, adorable retro kitchen, stocked with all the odds and ends you could need. My boyfriend love the double spa-like shower and the kind size bed up in the loft is super comfortable. The location was great, very private feeling and cozy inside. »
