« This is a great property! It is close to a lot of restaurants. We even made the hour trip to New Orleans while we were down there! The property was fully stocked with anything you might need from the kitchen to the living room! It is very homey. We were kind of nervous about staying at a property with someone else but we didn’t even notice. Great host! »

« My family loved the place! Already planning another vacation and using this spot as a possible base to travel to different things within a couple of hours. Beds was great communication was great. Only down fall was the mosquitoes. We bought some citronella candles and was able to enjoy the deck the 2nd evening. We wanted quiet with a lil nature and still close to town. That’s exactly what we got. Great place! »

« The house and yard are super nice and clean. It’s a peaceful neighborhood with little to no traffic. The backyard porch is pretty with a nice view of the bayou and lots of songbirds entertained us. BSL is a great little city, too. The food and shopping are great. Kim was quick to reply with questions and very accommodating; I wished we could have stayed longer! »

« Great place to stay in a great location. Just far enough away from the downtown block that it is quiet and secluded. No traffic on the street and nice porch sitting area. It is a duplex but you would never know you are attached to another unit. Awesome air conditioning also, cold as an ice box. I would recommend an ice maker in the fridge and new shower head in the bathroom. Minor things! »

« We haven't stayed at a lot of vacation homes over the years because of the extra hassle they can bring. But our experience with this BSL house couldn't have been simpler and smoother. We all loved how spacious and restful the house was, the pool, the park across the street, and the super easy access to the beach area.
