« The location for a ski weekend at Heavenly was excellent - steps away from Heavenly village and the gondola that takes you to the ski resort. We had a hiccup with our dishwasher in the villa not working, but was resolved by the hotel. Loren was very responsive leading up to and during the stay. »

« It is fake. VRBO did not check owners and property. Anyone can list anything. :(The reservation was not found by the property staff. The host did not respond, the provided phone is Easyrider Insurance Agency, Jim (James). When I connected to VRBO, they told me that the property was overbooked. James canceled the reservation after the check-in time for the “ GUEST_MINIMUM_AGE” reason which is not true. It was on New Year's Eve :( »
