Search Lakeland Holiday Park Resorts from CA $92

"This hotel has the most unhelpful staff. They are not honest about processes of lost and found items. They give you the run around. If rooms are properly cleaned and inspected as the manager stated, items would be found exactly where they were left. We contacted them same day we left and were told to wait for housekeeping the next day. Next day staff said its not housekeeping but management. In the end, nothing was found according to them and they brushed it off as not going to be found. Over $100 items lost and no help. Anyone staying beware, DO NOT leave anything behind. Added their email response and ours to their webpage reviews. Falsely stating called several days after checkout out when I sent proof of call made same day of check out. So lack of responsibility yet again."

"Good close parking, staff available 24-7 for late arrivals. Room clean and comfortable, somewhat dated. Breakfast….cold cereal and apples. Waffle House and Dennys across the street. Good deal for the money."

"The check in was simple. Did mom it by phone just went to desk for keys. Nice folks. Clean. Has issues with locks. That was my only complaint."

The staff was well informed and the welcoming scent in the lobby on arrival was heavenly. I gotta find out what that is, its so luxurious smelling! Thank you for a wonderful stay, job well done.
