"Super cute spot, very clean"

"Sis-Q is currently what appears to be a small family run business in transition from a run down motel to something nice. The room was very clean. Definitely not part of what I call the “dirty floor club” as many small budget hotels are. I was able to walk around in bare feet and my feet stayed clean so I know they put care into cleaning. That said, they seem to run on an extremely tight budget. The vending machine was unplugged when we arrived- I’m not sure it works. The room looked like they have been working on modernizing and doing repairs. It took a while to figure out how to plug in and turn on all the appliances and lights in our room. If my guess is right, then they are on their way to being a nicer budget motel and I’d stay there again if that’s the case. Staff gave me Coffee packets and extra pillows when I asked for them."

"Very good experience. Everything was clean and well kept. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The owner was easy to get ahold of. The dogs had a great time. The property is a lot closer to the road then I realized but there were only probably 3-4 cars an hour driving by. Most drive slow so no real danger to the dogs as long as you keep an eye out. Overall it was beautiful and a great get away from our busy lives."
