It had plenty of room with a large great room that contained a living, dining and kitchen. There were enough window a/c's to cool things down on a couple of hot days and heat to ward off the chill towards the end of our rental (one month) The property is roomy and flat (except the driveway) with a large deck, ideal if you have a doggie! Even though the neighborhood is close to a main road, it was very quiet and quite pretty with houses not close together. Hearing her dogs bark made our own dog anxious. We all felt that we had to be extra quiet, which is not what we anticipated when renting a house which we thought would be private. The driveway is steep, which could be an issue in the winter if you don’t have all-wheel drive.
