This place is a great location if you are looking to be close to town. Only minutes from all the lake placid legacy sites, downtown shops and eateries. We made it work with a family of 6, but it was a little tight with just one bathroom, but would be perfect for a family of 4\. House was clean and well stocked. No bugs (as a nurse something I always look for-I’ve seen to many), amazing water pressure, and everything you could need in the kitchen. There are two air conditioning units and that will cool the whole place. The pull out sofa has a mattress topper and it’s very comfortable. You can walk to the village, the location is great.
