We chose this property because we had no choice as others in Tallahassee were overpriced/booked for graduation. The staff is kind and friendly. The room we booked was a KING SUITE which was not clean when we opened to door (bed sheets piled up on the bed etc).
Immediately went to desk where we had a room changed to a suite/2 queens which WAS CLEAN.

Check in time was 3:00. We were a little early but could not check in because the room was not ready which I understand. However, we waited in the parking lot and watched as multiple staff members spent time outside smoking. When it was 3:00, the room still wasn’t ready.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and ro9ms were new and clean.
We had no hot water at 7 AM for showers. I mentioned it to the front desk and i didn't get an apology or anything. She just asked for our room no. Not the response I was expecting.

It was fine except our room needed a lot of help. The kings were broken and light shined in window all night.Bugs in a Dow seal. Soap for shower was about to fall off wall. The room needs some help I was a service excellent advisor for a hospitals d felt this needed addressed.The hotel other wise was very nice. They were full and didn’t have another room for us. The manager said to call you and you would return our money. Thank you. She’s there today.thank you

Stopped here just for one night. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast provided at the hotel but other options a quick drive away if needed. Rooms very spacious and nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay!

Everything about the hotel was great. It was just unfortunate there were a group of men that came in around 12:30 AM and kept going in and out of their room and slamming their doors and talking very loudly with each other for a few hours. Not the hotels fault by any means but just made for a long night.
