Welcome to the Schaefer Lakehouse! This is our second home that we have made available to others so you can enjoy the area as much as we do. This amazing lakefront property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 covered decks, Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and huge boat dock with large swim platform to entertain the entire family and friends.

Main level features a fully stocked kitchen with walk out to the large covered deck including Bluetooth lighted speakers so you can listen to your favorite tunes while soaking in the amazing views of the lake. Main level also includes living area with TV with streaming capability, updated bathroom, and 2 bedrooms both with queen beds.
Head downstairs to an entertaining area with a wet bar and access to the 2nd covered deck! Lower level has a living area including a TV with firestick streaming capability, futon and couch, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms - 1 bedroom has a queen bed, 1 bedroom has 2 bunk beds (1 is twin over twin and 1 is twin over full size mattress and sleeps 4 kids or 2 adults). This home sleeps 10 comfortably.

Want some fun in the sun? Head down the private boat dock with a 33 x 12 swim platform and large covered sitting area. Dock includes 6 lounge chairs, patio table/chairs, plus a 29ft x 10ft covered boat slip.

For your convenience, there is a gas grill, linens, towels, washer & dryer, free WIFI. Kitchen is stocked with spices, basic condiments, and coffee for the Cuisinart 14 cup coffee maker.

Activities and Other Entertainment:
- Golfing: Lake of the Ozarks offers many golf courses, The Ridge at the
Four Season is just minutes from the house.
- The Strip - features many restaurants, shopping and entertainment(mini golf,
go-carts, and much more)
- Boat Rentals are nearby.
- Bring your fishing poles and enjoy fishing off the dock in our quiet cove.
- Shopping: Less than 15 minutes away from Osage Beach Outlet Mall

Please note that our home is intended for Families and Couples, it is not intended for large groups for parties. This house is NOT for groups looking to have loud rowdy parties - there is plenty of other places that will accommodate loud partying.
This house is in a residential subdivision and many of our neighbors live at the lake full time. We respect our neighbors and work hard to keep our property in prime condition.

One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at! They really thought of everything you could possibly need. Check-in was easy, there is so much room (we had 5 adults and 3 kids), and it was so clean! We had no boat but had an amazing time hanging out on the dock every day/night. The lilypad was perfect for the kids. The host responded instantly every time I reached out to her before and during the stay. I left a handful of items there accidentally and they mailed them back to me immediately, no charge. We will 100% be back! Came back to add- GREAT FISHING!

Perfect!

Everything was perfect for our stay! Communication was prompt and informative before, during, and after our stay. The property was spacious and comfortable for our group of 6 adults, 2 kids(2 & 4), and 2 dogs. It was stocked with everything needed plus some for our week long stay. The location is perfect as well, only a few minutes from town, and if youre planning to be on the water, the cove is plenty big to play in or head out into the main channel for bigger water. The 2 giant decks are gated and secure, very nice since we had young kids and pets. We loved the huge dock also, we were able to fish, swim, and dock the boat we had rented for our stay. Zero complaints, one of, if not the best property we've stayed in and will be renting again next summer!

LOTO Getaway

Great property and would gladly stay again. The house, deck, and dock offer tons of places to hang out and enjoy the lake life. The driveway is a little skinny and steep so getting larger vehicles in can be a bit tricky but made it work!

My Happy Place

This was one of the best vacations I've ever had with my family. Watching my family fishing, swimming, playing and adventuring together in this magical place made my heart sing. Dad's Retirement

We stayed for my dad's retirement. The house was perfect for our stay. The host was very thoughtful and left a personalized gift for my dad. We have stayed at other rentals in the past and this is the first host to leave a gift! The house is close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The road driving in is very narrow, luckily we never came upon another vehicle. Parking is great for three vehicles. The pier was perfect for fishing and swimming.

Great space for our large family

We had our five adult children with us and our dogs. The house was well suited and laid out for us all. The gates on the deck and dock were great. The dock was well-supplied with everything we needed for lake fun. The decks were shady and perfect for us all to eat, play games, and visit. We will definitely come back!

Labor Day Fun

The house was very clean and very well stocked! They thought of everything honestly. It's well decorated and their dock was so much fun floating off of. Lake there is deep and clean. Free from seaweed. Location on land is excellent as well. We had a captain for one of the days who picked us up from the dock. Entire weekend was so relaxing!

Great Family vacation

We loved the location; the property was beautiful, peaceful, and quiet. We spent most of our time on the large deck or the swimming platform. Photos represent the home accurately. We travel with our dogs, and they also really enjoy the property and their vacation!

Amazing House

This house is perfect and we will for sure be back! The house had everything you could need. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the decks were an amazing view. The dock was awesome. We used their Lilly pad and floated all weekend. Being pretty close to the channel, you do get some waves but the dock deadened it all and we never had an issue. We even were granted early entrances as well since the house was available! I recommend the stay to everyone!

Perfect location and setting

We were traveling with a family of eight adults and four children and this place was perfect. When we all walked in after finding it easily with the detailed directions given to us immediately we were all blown away by the view from the deck and the large dock and swim platform. Everything we needed for the group we were with was provided and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time. There was a lily pad that was included and eight room to dock our boat we rented. We cooked large meals for breakfast lunch and dinner and used the large black stone grill for just about everything. At the end of our trip, it was a unanimous 10/10 rating from everyone and we would love to come back again.

We loved this property! The dock is amazing and the paradise pad is a great addition. The house was clean and there were plenty of spaces to hang out. Kitchen had everything we needed to make dinners which was super helpful! Overall we had a wonderful stay!

Winter at the lake

The house beat expectations for sure. Stayed during the sub zero temps and light snow in December. Well equipped to cook a holiday meal. The deck was nice..didn't make it to the dock due to the biting cold. The road was concrete and steep with no guard rail in the ice and wind so it was a bit hairy the first time down... Overall, we had a great time. Thanks!

Best lakehouse!!

We had such an awesome weekend at this lake house ! The owners have thought of everything, really felt like home away from home. The cove is beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Only thing I would suggest is putting a king size bed in one of the bedrooms, but that is not necessary, only very small note we had. The black-stone griddle was so fun! All of the grilling tools are in the garage cabinet ( we found that on the last day). We said next summer we need at least a week at this amazing family-friendly, super clean lake house!! Can’t wait for our next visit!!
