« The couch I paid for was absolutely filthy in black and dirty so we did not use it for our company at all... It was horrible to have paper cups instead of glasses.... Upon entering the communication between Expedia and days and was horrible as it related to payment and resulted in a big argument that the service that this person did not seem to understand.... The Visit makes me never want to return there and we go there every year for our anniversary. »

« The room and halls smelled very musty .
And a wild party with a large group went on until 4am Saturday night, so not the best experience.
We , 2 women, didn't feel safe going out doors to the smoking area due to party. Women screaming.

« I made the reservation for the wrong day by accident. I called immediately after hitting reserved wanting to switch it to the correct day and willing and ready to pay the difference. They still had two of the exact room available for the day I needed and they were of no help. Would not offer me a refund or to just use that day's balance towards the date I actually needed.
