"Everyone is so nice there. Miss D and the young guy at the front are awesome! The breakfast is great and only $8. It’s right across the street from universal $6 uber or free shuttle. Rooms are big and new and very clean. It’s quiet. There is a nice outdoor pool and the price of the room is super inexpensive. I love that hotel and I will look at Hyatt places now in other cities. No complaints from me which is new "

"A bathtub big enough for me to enjoy and the hotel had individual soaps and shampoo, I didn’t have to try and stand up to pump it from a container hanging high up on wall! Thank you for that! "

"The hotel was very clean and cozy. I enjoyed the fact that it had breakfast included with the stay and it provided shuttle to and from universal studious. The parking is easy in and out. The staff was very nice. "
