Welcome to Sunset Retreat, a bright, fully renovated 2,000 sq ft home featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and two separate living areas so your group of up to 10 has plenty of room to spread out.

Bedrooms
- Primary Suite: King bed, premium bedding, walk-in closet, and a smart TV.
- Bedroom 2: Queen bed, large closet, and a ceiling fan.
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, soft linens, and a roomy closet.
- Bedroom 4: Two twin beds and closet space, ideal for kids.
- Bonus Room: A flexible extra space perfect for overflow sleeping, play time, or a quiet retreat.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms equipped with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a hair dryer.

Living and Dining
With two separate living rooms and dining areas, your group will never feel cramped. Enjoy an open-concept layout, comfortable seating, and smart TVs with streaming. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace are available if you need to catch up on work.

Kitchen
A fully equipped chef's kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, oven, stovetop, microwave, dishwasher). We provide pots, pans, full utensil sets, and a stocked coffee bar so you have everything needed to cook and serve the whole crew.

Outdoor Space
The huge, fully fenced backyard is perfect for lawn games, BBQs, or letting the dogs run off-leash. We happily welcome up to four pets.

Laundry and Parking
A laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer is available for your convenience. Enjoy free, ample driveway parking and easy self check-in via smart lock.

Extra Sleeping Arrangements
If you need additional sleeping space, we can provide a high-quality air mattress upon request. Just let us know when booking and we will have it set up for your arrival.
