« Was a nice little place kinda plain but did the job »

« The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utinsels, and basic spices. Adequate supply of paper products. Excellent communication, and check in/out instructions. Very conveniently located to the Munson Medical Campus, and only a few blocks to the Grand Traverse Commons and downtown. Only negative, Parking is tight, larger vehicles will have difficulty getting into their assigned parking spot. »

« Everything was a smooth process and the host communications were concise and consistent. The site was clean and offered easy access to the resort hotel and local amenities. Nice and quiet for nearly a full week in the winter. »

« Great location. Very clean and well appointed property. Comfortable temperature. Excellent communication with management. Last year stayed in 204 in rear of building which was quieter. Too much road noise in front bedroom of this unit. The room needs blackout shades similar to those in side bedroom.Would defiantly stay here again. Thanks! »

« The place is in a perfect location. We walked to so many places because it’s truly in the heart of downtown. There was a hiccup with check in because the code to get in the main door had changed that morning. We had a problem with the bedroom TV and they came right away and took care of it. The washer and dryer need to be much bigger in order to wash the sheets and the towels. We would definitely stay here again. »

« Very peaceful, the hot tub is great & the bed was very comfortable. We had some issues with cleanliness so the cleaner came to re clean some areas, overall it could have been cleaned more thoroughly, but we enjoyed our stay & appreciated the fully stocked kitchen & Jeff’s willingness to have the cleaner come back. »

« Absolutely awesome place to stay at a great rate! Minor issue in getting the unit access code, got it 6 hours before check in instead of 48 hours. Other than that, everything was top notch! »
