The hotel and the property is gorgeous! The staff were all friendly and the food in the restaurant was very good. The only problem was when we came back at night after being at an outdoor wedding and I was freezing cold. We had no hot water. I was not able to take the shower that I so desperately wanted .When I mentioned it to the staff in the morning when we were checking out, they simply apologized but had no reason why there was no hot water in our room. That was disappointing. It was 5:30 in the morning, I was rushing to catch a flight, so I did not pursue it further with the management.

This property is very well-maintained and clean. Their rooms are fresh and updated and the property looks relaxing and inviting. We didn’t really use any of the amenities, but it was well situated. The only thing I would say is if you’re looking for something on the water or with water views, this is not the property for you. Other than that, it’s well worth a visit.

I like the moment you pull up somebody greet you there's somebody at the front desk to greet you the rooms were clean the building was clean the staff were extremely friendly very helpful as I have a trouble walking with a cane they sort of keep me on the first floor very good very accommodating place highly recommend

Great property to stay at with kids while visiting lake George. Pools are great and lots of little extras like smores kits for the fireplace, animators, free ice cream, cookies and pink lemonade. Only about 10 min walk to lake georges main strip.

Our stay here overall was very nice. The front desk staff was helpful, but they were overwhelmed with check-ins, check-outs as well as giving and taking pool towels and providing smore supplies. They needed a concierge to help out but that desk was always empty. The lake is a pretty far walk from the hotel.

I was called to advise my room was ready and when we got there and received our keys we lugged our luggage to the room and immediately realized we were given the wrong room. I felt the front desk staff were very confused . My sister in law was checking in same day. They could not get it straight on who was who. I never received an apology for having to walk very far with a ton of luggage and walk back with luggage to get correct room keys. I advised them it was her room and further advised when they called me to say room was ready they asked for me by name. Then my sister in law called and asked if her room was ready they said no- when I advised them of this they said her room isn’t ready I says yes it is you just gave me her keys and they kept referring to me as her name. Then asked me to call her to tell her that her room was ready!! They ended up calling her. Needless to say besides all that-the actual hotel was very clean. The trivia was fun but the pool as well.

We had a fantastic stay. It’s a quick 3.5hr drive from Boston and the hotel was perfect for kids and adults. My kids had a blast and were so happy with all the amenities the hotel had to offer. Ice cream, smores, movie nights, heated outdoor and indoor, sauna and hot tub. Staff was very friendly and hotel restaurants were great. We will definitely be back next year!
